Individual Therapy (50 minutes)

Individual therapy is a joint process between the individual and the therapist in a safe, caring, and private environment. Common goals of this type of work is gaining insight, creating positive change, and improving overall quality of life. This type of therapy provides an opportunity for self-discovery and self-expression.

Couples Therapy (50 minutes)

​

The purpose of couples therapy is to gain new insight into intimate needs, overcome conflict, and develop new, adaptive communication tools. Through this process, the couple can begin to recognise and reconcile difficulties within the relationship.

Virtual Session (50 minutes)

​

Virtual Sessions are treated similarly to individual therapy sessions. However, they are offered through a HIPAA-secure video conferencing platform. The advantage of this type of therapy is that it provides an opportunity for treatment to individuals who are unable to physically come into the office. One's fitness for this type of treatment will be assessed in the initial session.

Group Therapy (60-90 minutes)

​

Group therapy is an opportunity to learn about yourself and others. It is also an incredible tool for strengthening one’s ability to build and maintain relationships. The goal is to build cohesion within the group so that the skills learned during the process can be generalised to the individual’s experience in their personal environment.
